Appointment Policies
Thank you for choosing our services. To ensure we can provide the best experience for all clients, please review our appointment policies before booking.
Appointment Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. You may cancel or reschedule using your confirmation email, online booking portal, or by contacting us directly.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
-
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.
-
If there is not enough time to complete the service safely and professionally, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a late cancellation.
-
No-Show Policy
A "no-show" occurs when a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and does not notify us beforehand.
Our no-show policy is as follows:
First Unexcused No-Show
-
A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged before another appointment can be booked.
Second Unexcused No-Show
-
A fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
-
After a second unexcused no-show, your online booking privileges will be permanently revoked, and we reserve the right to decline future appointments.
-
Payment of Fees
Any cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before scheduling another appointment.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions to these policies may be made at our sole discretion.
By Booking
By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these appointment policies.
Fair and Equal Treatment
We are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for every client. We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, professionalism, and courtesy.
Our salon does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
All clients are welcome and will receive fair and equal treatment. Any decision to refuse or discontinue service will never be based on a protected characteristic. Instead, such decisions are made solely when necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment, ensure compliance with salon policies, protect the well-being of our staff and clients, or support the efficient operation of our business.
We are committed to fostering an atmosphere where kindness, mutual respect, and professionalism are expected from everyone who enters our salon.
Right to Refuse Service
We are committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for all clients and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if a client's behavior is deemed unprofessional, disrespectful, hostile, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate.
We also reserve the right to decline future appointments if a client's conduct disrupts the normal flow of business, creates an uncomfortable or unsafe salon environment, repeatedly violates salon policies, or interferes with our ability to provide quality service to other clients.
Respectful communication and mutual courtesy are expected at all times. Any client whose behavior is inconsistent with these standards may be asked to leave the premises, have their appointment canceled, or be permanently prohibited from booking future appointments.
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to refuse service when necessary to protect the safety, comfort, and well-being of our staff, clients, and business operations.
